Shipping, Returns & Payments
You can pay securely with Paypal and Credit Card through Paypal (no account required).
We use the US Postal Service with tracking in the US and some international locations. We can ship to virtually any address in the world with few exclusions. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
International Buyers - Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page for heavy weight items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
When using the free shipping coupons for United States locations, it applies to items being shipped to the 50 US states, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using shipping service of our choice.
Tracking your Order
Check the status of your order by signing in, click on MY ACCOUNT from the top menu, to the left click on VIEW ORDER STATUS, choose the particular order and click the VIEW ORDER DEATILS button.
Digital downloads are not returnable or non-refundable. Please, use the contact form to send a message with an issue or question.
Custom orders are non-refundable and not returnable.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the wrong item or manufacturer defective item.).
You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The item must be returned in same condition it was sent - all tags intact, without stains, markings and perfumes/smells. Check listing descriptions for garment measurements and check against your own measurements. We go to extra lengths to provide information in order to make a well informed purchase, please use the information. Restocking fees waived in cases of incorrect items shipped.
